Our website uses two types of cookies:
• Technical Cookies: We use technical cookies to show our website, make sure that it works correctly, create your user account, start your session and manage your bookings. These technical cookies are necessary for our website to operate correctly.
• Functional Cookies: We also use functional cookies to remember your preferences, to help you use our website efficiently and effectively and to remember your favourite language. These functional cookies are not required for the operation of our website but they add functionality to it to improve the user experience.

This website uses the HTTPS (SSL) protocol to establish a secure communication channel between the server and the user for sending their encrypted personal data to the server, so that, even on the assumption that the line was being "monitored" by unauthorised third parties, they could not access the data in an intelligible form. This protocol is used not only to collect data associated to orders made, but also to collect data at the time of registration.
When using "payment gateway" services for a commercial transaction over the Internet, data that may relate the identification of the means of payment to the identity of its holder are not stored, unless it is necessary for their legitimate purposes. In any event, payment information is encrypted and only the 4 last numbers of a credit card can be seen, and this only by its holder.
We have chosen providers that use the HTTPS (SSL) protocol to establish a secure channel of communication between our website and the device you use (computer, mobile phone…) when you send your personal data (for example buying a ticket or you using our on-line store). When you see the letters “https” and a padlock together with the URL in the address bar of your browser means that your data travels encrypted (the “s” means “safe”) between your device and our website, ensuring the confidentiality of the information that you send us, disallowing the access to the information to third parties.
A) General points.

ATHLETIC CLUB does not guarantee that the website and server are free of viruses and it will not be liable for any damage caused by accessing the website or the inability to access it.
B) Links and hyperlinks.
ATHLETIC CLUB may provide access to other websites that we believe may be of interest. The purpose of these links is only to facilitate the search for resources that may interest you via the Internet. However, these websites do not belong to ATHLETIC CLUB, nor does it review their content and, therefore, it cannot be responsible for them or any services that may appear on these sites, for the operation of linked pages, their use and treatment of data, any possible infringements that, where appropriate, they may commit or any possible damages that may arise from accessing or using them. The existence of a link does not imply the existence of a relational link between ATHLETIC CLUB and persons or entities that own this content or sites where it can be found.
By using this website, we consider that the user has read this document carefully and has understood and followed its advice. If the user does not agree with this data protection policy or with the advice given in it, please do not use our website.
