The Athletic Club Board of Directors, in a meeting held on November 15, 2018, has agreed to resign and appoint a Management Committee which, in accordance with the provisions of Title V of the Electoral Regime, articles 65 and the following in the Statutes of the Club, has decided to call elections for President and the Board of Directors, notifying the Members of the Club, in accordance with article 71 of the Statutes, of the following information:
