Next Saturday 10 August, ‘San Mamés Jatetxea, by Fernando Canales’ will reopen its doors to the public. A space in which the kitchen will combine tradition and avant-garde, betting for the local and also for innovation. To this end, the renowned chef from Bilbao, who has a Michelin star and a brilliant career in both creativity and gastronomic project management, has designed an attractive proposal with a young spirit that will lead to an incomparable gastronomic experience.
The restaurant will be open from Tuesday to Sunday from 1pm to 3:30pm and also on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights between 8pm and 10:30pm.
