CD Basconia faces a demanding Third Division
The Sodupe UC will be the first rival of the league of the Patxi Salinas pupils today in Artunduaga (6 pm).
Just like the Second Division B, the Third also starts its regular season this weekend. In the case of the CD Basconia, the debut will take place today Saturday at 6 pm in the field of Artunduaga against Sodupe UC.
The pre-season has left good results in the team led by Patxi Salinas who faces his first campaign at the head of this challenge: four wins, three draws and one defeat is the numerical balance after eight games of preparation.
The category has hardened for this upcoming season, due to the relegation from the Second Division B of SCD Durango, SD Gernika and CD Vitoria; in addition, only one of the four clubs that played the play-off promotion to the bronze category – Deportivo Alavés B – was able to rise last year, which further strengthens the level of Group IV of the Third Division.
