Green light to the Statutes Reform Project
68% of the delegate members who cast their vote did it in favor of the modification to the contents of Athletic Club Articles of Association.
The General Assembly, following the vote on the Third Item on the agenda, has decided to open up a reform process to modify the contents of Athletic Club Articles of Association. 68% of the delegate members (409) voted in favor; 26% against; with 11 blank votes, 11 null ones and 13 abstentions. Thereupon, the consequent Commission entrusted to draft the Statutes Reform Project was appointed, as it had been stated in the Fourth Item on the agenda.
The two delegate members who have been chosen to be part of this Commission were Gorka Cubes, with 162 votes, and Josu Arteta, with 149 votes in favour*. They will join Ana Urquijo Elorriaga and Aner Uriarte Codón, the members selected by the Board of Directors. All of them, together with President Aitor Elizegi, will complete the Commission entrusted to take the next steps towards a Reform Project of the Athletic Club Articles of Association.
In the same way, following the corresponding guidelines described in the Fifth Item on the agenda, the Assembly has ratified by a vote of show of hands the following new members of the Appeals Committee: Jon Ander Gamboa Aguirre, Iñigo Urrutia Serrano, Iker Marcos Angulo, Gorka Gainza Martín and Francisco Javier Barco Hurtado.
