Tickets for people with reduced mobility, who occupy the last row on the first tier and have unobstructed access from the street, can only be purchased at the San Mamés ticket offices.
It is essential to present the original certificate of reduced mobility and ID of the person requiring this type of ticket.
The Club will provide a ticket (free of charge) for a companion as long as the reduced mobility certificate indicates the need for assistance from a third person. Their name and surname must be provided at the time of purchase.
For general information, it is hereby communicated that, in accordance with current legislation (RD 203/2010), tickets will be sold exclusively through the visiting Club/SAD, and for an area which is duly separated from the home fans.
Athletic Club reserves the right to deny access to the stadium to any fan of the visiting team holding tickets purchased through other channels and which are not located in the area set aside for this purpose.
