Registration is done on the official Athletic Club website. All you need to do is fill in your personal details and, if you choose a paid membership, select your payment method. Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email with your login details to access your personal area on the Club Athletic website.

Yes. Club Athletic members have access to an exclusive pre-sale period to purchase tickets before they go on sale to the general public.
For away games, the Club reserves a number of tickets that Club Athletic supporters can request, with each person entitled to purchase one ticket.
Tickets for San Mamés are nominal, personal, and non-transferable, unless otherwise indicated in the event information. In the case of away games, the successful bidder must indicate the travel plans of the end user of the ticket.
From the official Athletic Club website, select the desired match and access it via the membership link.
Minors can purchase tickets at a special price, subject to availability, by entering the code “INFANTIL” in the “Promoción Club Athletic” field.
For high-demand matches, a virtual queue is enabled; it is recommended not to close the browser to maintain your position. Tickets reserved in the cart remain blocked for 10 minutes.
Tickets for the general public usually go on sale three weeks before the match. Club Athletic supporters have exclusive pre-sale access from the Thursday before. For TOP matches (European, Copa, Real Madrid CF, FC Barcelona, and Real Sociedad), Club Athletic Premium cardholders have access one day earlier, on the Wednesday before.
Each supporter can purchase up to two tickets per match.

The €30 coupon can be used once only for LaLiga matches, except against Real Madrid CF, FC Barcelona, and Real Sociedad.
Shipping the Welcome Pack is free within the Iberian Peninsula.
