Being a Club Athletic member means joining the official Athletic Club membership. It is recognition by the Club as an official supporter. With your Club Athletic and Club Athletic Premium membership cards, you will receive a welcome gift with a personalised card with your name on it and enjoy exclusive benefits.

100% of the subscription fee goes to Athletic Club Foundation projects. Therefore, it is a donation (VAT exempt) and is tax deductible on the subscriber’s personal income tax (IRPF) who becomes a donor to the Foundation.

Registration is online and can be completed on the Club Athletic website. Simply provide the personal details of the cardholder, the payer (donor), and the delivery and payment details. Once your payment is processed, you will receive a welcome email confirming your registration with your credentials to access the Athletic Club digital ecosystem, and enjoy all the benefits. Within 5 working days, you will receive your personalised card in the welcome pack. For international shipments, this may vary depending on the destination country.

You can update your details in the ‘My Account’ area. To change your personal information, go to the ‘My Profile’ section, and to update your payment method, go to the ‘Account Management’ section.

Club Athletic subscriptions are annual and renew automatically. You will be charged annually on your subscription anniversary. The payment method saved in the ‘My Account’ area will be used.

The Club Athletic Premium card includes all the benefits of the Club Athletic card and, in addition:

• 24-hour priority access to pre-sales for TOP matches: European competitions, Copa del Rey, and matches against Real Madrid, FC Barcelona, and Real Sociedad in LaLiga.
• €30 discount voucher for LaLiga tickets at San Mames (except for matches against Real Madrid, Barcelona, and Real Sociedad)
• Invitation to AC Museum

The €30 coupon can be used once only for LaLiga matches, except against Real Madrid CF, FC Barcelona, and Real Sociedad.

The Club Athletic Premium card includes an invitation valid for the cardholder during the card’s active period. You must show it along with your Club Athletic Premium card at the museum counter, and you will be issued a ticket for AC Museum + San Mames Tour with an audio guide.

A discount will be applied based on the months already enjoyed. Check the fee table according to your current card.

Being a Club Athletic member allows you to access ticket presales for matches at San Mames and away games, enjoy discounts at the official store, AC Museum or AC Campus, and access experiences with players. See all the benefits Club Athletic 

You can access it with your login credentials (Username /ID card and a password of at least 8 characters) through the red “My Account” button that you will find on the website and across the other official channels of the Athletic Club digital ecosystem. If you do not remember your password, you can reset it by clicking “Forgot your password? Reset” when logging in and entering your ID card. You will then receive an email with a link that will allow you to set a new password.

You can cancel your membership from the “Subscription Management” section within the “My Account” area by selecting the “Cancel subscription” option. You must request the cancellation at least one day before the annual subscription renewal date, and it will take effect once the validity of the current membership card ends.

Club Athletic supporters have access to a ticket presale period before tickets go on sale to the general public, approximately three weeks before each match.

For TOP matches (European competitions, Copa del Rey, Real Madrid, Barça, Real Sociedad), Club Athletic Premium members gain access 24 hours earlier than Club Athletic members. You can purchase tickets through the official Athletic Club ticketing website accessing it via the Club Athletic or Club Athletic Premium link depending on your membership.

You can purchase up to 2 tickets per member per match.

For matches with high demand, a virtual queue may be activated. It is recommended not to close your browser in order to maintain your position. Tickets reserved in the cart remain blocked for 10 minutes.

If the member is under 14 years old, they may purchase one ticket at a special price, subject to availability.To do so, enter the code “INFANTIL” in the “Club Athletic Promotion” field. If two tickets are purchased in the same transaction, only one of them may benefit from the children’s rate.

Tickets for the Supporters’ Section are made available at a special price only if there is availability, 48 hours before the match. Each supporter may purchase one ticket. All related information will be available in the “Exclusive San Mames Tickets” section within the “My Account” area.

Club Athletic members receive a 5% discount both in the online store and in official physical stores. For the online store, enter your ID Card and password. For physical stores, identify yourself with your membership card at the counter. This discount is personal and non-transferable.

Club Athletic members benefit from a special price at the Museum. They can purchase their ticket on the AC Museum website by selecting the “Club Athletic membership card” ticket type, or directly at the AC Museum counter in San Mames by showing their card. This discount is personal and non-transferable.

Club Athletic members receive a 5% discount on AC Campus. To use it, select “Yes, I am a Club Athletic member” and enter your ID card directly in the registration form

Shipping within the Iberian Peninsula is free of charge. For shipments to islands or within Europe, the cost is €15. For the rest of the world, the cost is €25.

The estimated delivery time is 1 week for shipments within the Iberian Peninsula and 2 weeks for international shipments.
