Preventive to Gurpegi

The Central Court of Administrative Litigation number 10 has passed today an Edict in whose virtue agrees to suspend preventively the executivity of the sanction imposed to the player Carlos Gurpegi, restoring the licence of this one, that will be at the disposal of the coach for the match that will be played tomorrow in Zaragoza.

In his legal reasoning, the Edict considers that the immediate execution of the sanction appealed would cause tha player damages of impossible reparation in the case that this sanction would be revoked. Likewise, the delay of the same Administration in the comunication of the result of the dopping test and the delay in the negotiation of the proceeding prevent him from trying the immediate execution of the sanction is marked in the legal resolution.

Carlos Gurpegi will be able, in short, to play from today all the matches that will be played till a firm legal sentence isn’t passed.
