Agreement with Andoni Zubizarreta

After carrying out a joint analysis, the Athletic Club and Sport director Andoni Zubizarreta have today reached an agreement to end their present contractual relationship.

Athletic Club would like to specifically thank Andoni Zubizarreta for his unquestionable commitment and service to the club during the past three years in the organization, just as he did in his stage as a player.

Also, both Athletic Club and Andoni Zubizarreta leave the doors opened to possible collaborations in all those initiatives that would make our entity even better. Likewise, by means of these lines, Andoni Zubizarreta wishes to publicly express his gratitude to all the people in the Club with whom he has shared work and dedication during this period, to the members, fans and media. Zubizarreta wishes to send a message of confidence so that our singular sport philosophy is deepened even more, the true future guarantee for Athletic Club, and he would like for our first team to receive all the necessary support in this difficult situation that it is crossing.
