The Harrobi Txartela: Second phase

As soon as the first league match has taken place, you can apply for the Harrobi Txartela as of Tuesday, 30 August, however, this time by contacting the Ibaigane offices on (94 424 08 77) and, as already mentioned, only as long as there is seating available.

We would like to remind you that the following documentation is required:
– 2 recent photos, passport or identity card type.
– Original and a photocopy of your identity card

The first stage in obtaining the Harrobi Txartela finalized onTuesday, 23 August and to date, 447 cards have already been issued.
