The Zubiaurre Case

An appeal has been lodged by Athletic Club at the Supreme Court today. Today being the 2nd of November, 2006. The Club is seeking the annulment of the verdict handed down on 17 October, 2006 by the Superior Tribunal of Justice for the Basque Country.
