Injury Update

Roberto Martínez, ‘Tiko’: Tear to the anterior crossed ligament of his left knee.
Pablo Orbaiz: Tear to the anterior crossed ligament of his right knee.
Both players are making progress in the functional recovery area.

Javier Casas: Swelling to the internal lateral ligament of his left knee.
He has been doing some running exercises and is still undergoing physiotherapy treatment.

Javier Martínez: Has moderately sprained his right ankle.
Progressing satisfactorily, the player is doing running exercises and has started to practise with the ball. His physiotherapy treatment continues.

Daniel Aranzubia: Received a blow to the right quadriceps muscle during the Sevilla-Athletic Club match.
Unai Expósito: Bruising in the left thigh region which occurred during the match played between Sevilla and Athletic Club. The thigh is very swollen and painful and the player has not started his rehabilitation process as a result. He has been ordered to rest and on Wednesday a new medical assessment will be made.

Alex García: Has sprained his left knee during the Bilbao Athletic-Marino match, an injury which has also affected the external lateral ligament of his left knee. The player will be unfit to play for a period of 4 to 6 weeks.
