Roberto Martínez ‘Tiko’: Sprained left knee

Today, 26 February, the player has undergone arthroscopic surgery to remove the arthrofibrosis (scar tissue) from his left knee. The operation was performed by Dr. Mikel Sanchez at the USP La Esperanza Clinic in Vitoria.

The post-operative process is going well and the player will be hospitalized between 24 and 48 hours.
