(VIII) 2008-2009 Pre-season

Athletic Club’s Premier team will undergo medical tests on 8 and 9 July. On the 8th of July, Coach Joaquín Caparrós is offering a press conference at 12:00 hours in the Press Conference Room in Lezama. The media will be able to take photos and/or film during the physical fitness trials to be held on 8 July in Lezama at 10.00 hours, seeing that some of these will be conducted outside the sports facilities.

Training will start on Thursday, 10 July, in Isla Canela or Cinnamon Island (Huelva). Athletic Club’s First Division Team players will answer questions from the press at Bilbao Airport on the 10th of July at around 10:30 hours and on Saturday, 26 July it’s time to go back to the gathering or base, however, the time of which hasn’t been determined yet.

Athletic Club will keep everyone informed of what’s happening at the base or gathering daily via its Web page, www.athletic-club.net.

Furthermore, the timetable for the scheduled matches in Huelva has been fixed. San Roque-Athletic Club, 18 July at 20:30 hours in Lepe and Ayamonte-Athletic Club, 19 July at 21:00 hours in Ayamonte.
