Athletic Club at Isla Canela, 17 July

The last, and demanding, session at the golf course lasted an hour and a half. High pace, the goalies to one side, and on this occasion with Agüeros and Jonás. The next training session will be conducted at the beach at 11:30 hours.

The afternoon session will be on the football field and all eyes will be focussed on preparing for the first two friendly matches of the season. It’s possible that Athletic will present two teams for these, so that both teams can play for a period of 45 minutes each.

No gathering will take place on the days prior to the home game.

Athletic Club’s Premier team will not be getting together the day before the matches to be played at San Mamés. Players and coaches will meet up with each other for lunch on match-day.
