Extraordinary General Assembly

The Athletic Club Board of directors, during the meeting held earlier today, 13 November, have decided that the Extraordinary General Assembly of Associate Members will take place on 16 December at the Euskalduna Palace of Bilbao.

The agenda for this meeting includes the approval of the present season’s budget, the initiation of a procedure to reform the Statutes and the election by the Assembly of two members of the Composition Committee which falls under the responsibility of the Assembly.

Regarding the last item of the agenda, the Board of directors, within the framework of the statutory rules, are analysing the possibility of conducting an open and participative procedure concerning the presentation of budgets.
