Athletic Club has received from the RFEF the tickets for the Copa Final to be disputed on 13 May in Valencia.

With respect to the 14,800 tickets assigned to members by means of the drawing held in the presence of a notary, and whose prices range from 50 to 140 Euros, these can be acquired according to the draw numbers and the registration numbers associated to those numbers.

In order to avoid possible agglomerations at the San Mamés ticket offices, the five leading numbers will be divided into ten sections, with an average of 1,480 tickets per section until completing the 14,800 tickets. No winner or person representing him/her will be able to pick up tickets prior to their corresponding date, but will be able to do so after said date, and until the deadline of 12:00 hours on 11 May 2009.

The ticket offices will remain open from 08:00 to 22:00 hours, non-stop, between the 1st and 10 May, both inclusive, except for this last day on which the ticket office will close once all members or member representatives who go to pick up tickets have been served.

We’d also like to point out that the Athletic Club official store located in San Mamés, will have the following timetable on the mentioned dates:
– 1 to 3 May (Friday-Sunday): 10:00-13:30 and 16:00-20:00 hours.
– 4 to 10 May (Monday-Friday): 10:00-20:00 hours.

The actual ticket allocation at the box offices will have to fulfil the following requirements, without excuses:
– Presentation of the original and current identity card (DNI) of the person who pays for and picks up the tickets; this can be done by the winner or a person different from him/her.
– Presentation of the original Athletic Club membership card and the original or legible photocopy of the current identity card (DNI) of the beneficiary member or members of the tickets that are going to be picked up.
– Payment of the tickets at the time they are picked up, cash only.
– Sign a receipt voucher that acknowledges the number of tickets picked up and their respective beneficiary member codes.
