Urkiola Ascent

The members of Athletic Club’s premier squad carried out the traditional Urkiola ascent on Monday, 1 June. For this private event with which they bid farewell to the 2008-2009 season, the cooperation rendered by the members of the Euskaltel-Euskadi cycling team, headed by Miguel Madariaga, is greatly appreciated. The orange team provided the players with two buses and a variety of gear.
