The Deputy General, with the Ladies’ Team

The team has held another triple training session on 10 August.

The first of them, when they got up, has consisted of a bike tour. The second, after having breakfast, has focused on physical training with a demanding circuit at the football ground.

After the training the team made a short visit to the locality of Ainsa, where the met with Jose Luis Bilbao, Biscay’s Deputy General, who, accompanied by his wife, is enjoying his holidays in the area. Together they shared a few hours of chat and they visited the facilities where they are holding their pre-season camp.

After lunch, the team has retired to rest and at 19:00 hours they held their third session of the day, which consisted of tactical-technical training. After training the team returned to the hotel to have dinner.
