Proposal by the Associate Members

Athletic Club informs that they had received a document this afternoon signed by almost 200 associate members requesting that the proposal below be included in the agenda of the Ordinary Assembly to be held next Monday 26 October for its deliberation and debate:

“That the Athletic Club Board of directors ensure, after the approval on behalf of this Assembly, that there be an indispensable condition for the Basque Government, just as with the BBK, the Provincial Government and the Bilbao Town Hall, to respect and adopt from the date of its incorporation to the San Mamés Barria SL Limited Company, the agreements approved by the Assembly of Associate Members held on 23 March 2007, especially with reference to the management and exploitation of San Mamés Barria corresponding exclusively to Athletic Club, in collaboration with the other parties that make up the San Mamés Barria SL just as it has always been done in this our beloved Athletic Club.”.

As soon as the personal details of the associate members have been confirmed and that the proposal complies with all the legal requirements stipulated in the Statutes, the Board of directors will proceed to the inclusion of this proposal to the agenda of said Assembly.
