Conference for dialogue

On 26 May, at 18:00 hours a conference for dialogue was held organized by the consulting companies Gestion del Conocimiento Itzarri and Hobest, with the support of the Gipuzkoan Regional Government. The 90 attendees present at the assembly hall of the Donostia College of Business Studies, were thrust in many of the experiences and characteristics of the system of participative management. The words of the people, references of both sports and companies, were mixed with the opinions of the public, thereby achieving that the event was an outright success.

The people that participated in the round table were, Maite Darceles (Hobest Consultant), Koikili Lertxundi (Athletic Club player and Coordinator of Itzarri – Gestion del Conocimiento), Mikel Etxarri (Former Real Sociedad Sports Director and Professor at the Real Sociedad Coaches School), Iñigo Chaurreau (Student of the Donostia-San Sebastián College of Business Studies, and former professional cyclist), Jose Ramon Guridi (Guipuzkoa Regional Government Delegate for the department of innovation and knowledge society) and as moderator Iñaki Heras (Professor of the Company Organizational Department of the UPV-EHU and Director of the Donostia-San Sebastián Business School).

This day responded to the intention of debating around the participation and knowledge of ace people in the organizations. To accomplish this, a round table was organized by means of which the interchange of ideas, opinions and experiences between the public and the speakers was made possible.
