Regulations for children’s photograph in San Mamés

Athletic Club wishes to communicate the protocol to follow for the passes to participate and in the photograph of children with the players before the beginning of the Liga matches in San Mamés:

Requirements

Ages between 5 and 14 years of age. The Club will not allow access onto the pitch to those children that do not meet the conditions indicated below neither does it assume any responsibility.

Number of passes and distribution

There will be a maximum of 40 passes: 16 for sponsors and Club commitments, 20 for members (it is not necessary that the child be a member), and 4 for fans.
The price of these passes will be 15 €.

Allocation system for members

1. The first working day following each Liga match, from 8:00 to 20:00, members may sign up on the website, through the Member’s Txoko, by introducing their member code and PIN number. They will have to provide the child’s full name. Each applicant will only be able to register one child, unless that child has brothers/sisters that meet the age requirement. In that case, each brother/sister must be registered using name and both surnames.
2. The following day a drawing will be performed among the applicants and the results will be published: full name of the winning children.
3. If one of the winners has already won previous drawing, he/she will be eliminated and replaced by the first substitute.
4. The winners will be able to collect their personalized passes between Wednesday and Thursday on the week of the match, at the Members Services office in Ibaigane, upon prior presentation of the child’s ID (DNI) or the Libro de Familia and prior payment of the cost of the photograph.

Access to the pitch

1. In order to gain access to San Mamés and come out in the photograph the presentation of the pass along with a photocopy of the child’s ID (DNI) or the Libro de Family will be essential. Children will access the pitch by themselves, accompanied by Athletic Club employees. Parents or companions will have to wait at the place designated for access to pick them up later.
2. The access will be through the pedestrian walkway of the entrance to the bus parking located on the corner between the Main Grandstand and the North Stands.

Collection of photographs

Photographs may be picked up at the official Club store in San Mamés as of the Tuesday following the match.
