Seat exchanges and process to follow

SEAT/LOCATION EXCHANGES

Athletic Club wishes to communicate to its members the availability of a new tool offered in the Member’s Txoko so as to transfer/exchange seats.

Knowing the desire of many of members to change their current seat location, and given the limitations of available seats in many of the San Mamés stands, each Member can indicate the seat they currently occupy, the zone to which they wish to change to, a contact telephone number, and/or a contact e-mail address.

This way, Members whose wish request coincide can contact each other, print the unloadable exchange request document from the Member’s Txoko, sign it and turn it in, along with both membership cards, at Member’s/Customer Service Office in Ibaigane so that the Club can formalize the agreement and issue the new cards.

NOTE: The exchanges are only possible among permanent seats, not between provisional seats of the 2013-2014 season.

CHANGES OF SEAT/LOCATION

The coming Saturday, 15 March 2014, the Club will publish, on its website, the protocol, conditions and procedure to follow for the participation in the official process of seat/location changes to which all barria members will have a right to.
