Torino-Athletic Club, Tickets

In fulfilment of the bases of the ticket drawing for the Torino FC-Athletic Club match, we hereby inform of the turns of collection of tickets at the San Mamés box offices:

Monday, 26 January: Winning Numbers from 881 to 1,246
Tuesday, 27 January: Winning Numbers from 1.247 to 1,496 and 1 to 117
Wednesday, 28 January: Winning Numbers from 118 to 484

Ticket office hours are: 10:30 to 13:30 and 17:30 to 20:00

For security reasons, for the actual withdrawal of tickets it is essential to communicate the full name of the people for whom the tickets are destined as well as their hotel accommodation, itinerary, etc. A sample form on which to supply such information is enclosed.

Such as was indicated in the bases of the draw, each member will be able to purchase their ticket so much on their assigned turn, as in later turns if, for whatever reason, was unable to do so on his/her turn. In no case shall tickets be picked up prior to the assigned turn.

On January 29th, from 09:00 to 12:30, the ticket offices will be open for those members that have not yet been able to collect their ticket. After that, the Club will communicate the number of tickets that have not been picked up in order that the subsequent non-winning numbers to 484, up to the number of available tickets not picked up, can collect their ticket from 16:00 to 20:00 hours. Should there still be tickets remaining, the Club will once again communicate the number of available tickets to be picked up by the successive non-winning numbers on 30 January, from 09:30 to 12:30 hours.

All available tickets are in the same zone of the stadium and are all the same price, 45 Euros.

In each turn, the delivery of tickets at the Box Offices will be carried out on a first come basis, so that the actual selection of the ticket will be made by the person who collects it, among those available. There is a limit of 4 tickets per person. In this case, all tickets that are picked up must correspond to the turn of collection in which it is indeed made, or to previous turns of collection, but never latter.

The actual withdrawal of tickets at the box offices must inexcusably meet the following requirements:

. Having paid the Annual Fees for the current year 2015
. To present the original membership card of the ticket purchaser/holder; tickets may be picked up individually, even if the purchaser is part of a group, or by any other group member, by presenting the membership cards of all group members.

. To present the original and current, identity card (DNI), driver’s license or passport of the person that pays for and collects the tickets.

. To be paid at the time of purchase by either cash, or by means of a credit card.

. To sign an acknowledgment certifying the number and reference of the ticket disbursed , the identity of the ticket holder, the identity of the person picking up the ticket as well as the commitment to not sell or attempt to sell the ticket, nor to its free transfer along with the sale or delivery of other items. In case the ticket is withdrawn by third party members, the person who picks up the ticket will be jointly responsible for fulfilling this commitment under whose behalf he is acting.

. To communicate the full name and date of birth of the people travelling as well as their hotel accommodation and travel plan.
