The Athletic Club expedition, in Augsburg

The Athletic Club premier team expedition is in Augsburg to face FC Augsburg on Thursday, 26 November, at 19:00 hours, in the match corresponding to the fifth matchday of the UEFA Europa League Groups Phase.

The rojiblancos departed at 09:45 by air from Bilbao and landed in Munich at 11:50 hours. From there, they transferred on coach to the Steigenberger hotel where lunch is scheduled for 13:45.

In the evening, the official press conference (18:15) and training (19:00) will be held at WWK Stadion.

Board of directors’ members Silvia Muriel, Laura Martinez, Elaia Gangoiti, Izaskun Kortajarena, Jon Muñoz and Jokin Garatea, as well as Associate to the Presidency, Jose Angel Iribar, headed the expedition which consisted of 154 people, including rojiblanco fans and thirteen journalists.

On arrival to Germany the sky was cloudy and the temperature was 2 degrees.
