All’s set to play in Genk

Everything is ready in Genk ahead of the match KRC Genk – Athletic Club corresponding to the third match of the Group Stage of UEFA Europa League (21:05, Stefan Johannesson -SWEEDEN-, BeinSport).

On Thursday, October 20, at 10:30 hours, as usual law of UEFA, they hold an organizational meeting under the direction of the Turkish delegate Cenk Cem.

Among the decision taken in the meeting, apart from the ones related to sport, administrative and security decisions, they established the clothing of both sides. Athletic Club and KRC Genk will wear their second strips. Our team will play with the green uniform and the goalkeepers their black uniform.

KRC Genk will wear their white jerseys with blue stripes with white shorts and socks while their goalkeepers will wear their red uniform.

9.000 spectators are expected including the presence of 750 Athletic Club’s supporters. Currently the sky is cloudy and the temperature is 12 degrees. 5 degrees temperature is expected for the match.

Athletic Club institutional representatives had their dinner meeting with leaders of KRC Genk and UEFA representatives on Wednesday October 19.
