Literature and Football, First Day

Today, Monday November 7, the seventh edition of the festival of literature and football, ‘Literature and Football’ organized by the Athletic Club Foundation with the collaboration of the Provincial Council of Bizkaia and with the sponsorship of Euskaltel and Sala BBK is inaugurated.

The opening of the festival will be with the street theater play Mr. Pichichi, represented by Roberto Ferro. Mr. Pichichi is a show of juggling and clown for a family audience. Through humor, skill and fortune, balance and touch on the same runs along the extensive emotional way (frustration, envy, ridicule, embarrassment, success and status) transiting the ancient art of touching balls.

Later, at 19:30 hours the famous crime writer Philip Kerr, who has placed two of his last novels in the world of football, will dialogue with the writer Toni Garcia.

It will be in the East Room of San Mamés VIP area. The entrance is through Gate 14 of San Mames, free, previous presentation of ID and while seats last.
