Constitution of the General Assembly

Once the process for the election of Athletic Club members has finished, the Electoral Board has proceeded to publish the result on the bulletin board of the Club in Ibaigane.

In addition, members will be able to check their status on the Athletic Club website (www.athletic-club.eus), section ‘Txoko of the members’, and the elected members will be notified , by registered letter, their status as a member or representative member that entitles them to participate in all the General Assemblies of the Club that are celebrated in the period that includes from July 1, 2017 until June 30, 2021, the end date of the mandate.

The deadline for submitting claims in relation to the appointment of members and contracting partners will end on June 5, 2017. Claims must be submitted by means of a reasoned document to the Electoral Board, which will resolve, without appeal, within a period of five days from reception.
