Athletic Club’s expedition, in Greece

The first Athletic Club team’s expedition is already in Greece to face on 17 August, Thursday, at 21:30 local time, in Athens to Panathinaikos FC in a match corresponding to the first leg of the play-off round of UEFA Europa League.

The rojiblancos have departed at 09:10 hours by air from Bilbao and at 13:00 hours local time have landed at the airport in Athens. From there they have traveled by bus to the Sofitel hotel, where they have lunch scheduled at 14:00. In the afternoon the press conferences are scheduled, with José Ángel Ziganda and Iker Muniain (18:15) and official training (19:00) at the Apostol Nikolaidis.

The directive Jon Muñoz leads an expedition in which 106 people travel, including 60 rojiblancos fans.

On arrival in Greece the sky was clear, and the temperature was 34 degrees and 87% of humidity.
