Clubs Management Program of the ECA

The second session of the Clubs Management Program of the ECA (European Clubs Association) will take place this Tuesday and Wednesday 9 and 10 January at the San Mamés stadium and at the Lezama facilities.

With the collaboration of Athletic Club, the first day will be dedicated to professional football and the second to work with the lower categories and work with young values.

The club management program will be attended by representatives of 40 member clubs of the ECA and 27 different national associations. The organization of the football departments within the clubs will be discussed, focusing on areas such as the responsibilities of the technical staff, the development of players and the increasingly important role of the catchment area.

The event will involve the president of the Athletic Club Josu Urrutia, the sports director José María Amorrortu and several experts in the youth academy work in clubs such as AC Milan and RSC Anderlecht, among others.
