Bertso derbia: A new edition, this time in Azpeitia

The Bertso Derbia is celebrating a new edition, with another luxury line-up and a great novelty. For the first time the aim is to make a wink to Gipuzkoa and leaves the capital, as the town of Azpeitia will be the scene of the Bertso Derbia. Real Sociedad Fundazioa, with the collaboration of Athletic Club Fundazioa, Kulturaz Azpetiko Kooperatiba and the Graphic Design Cycle of the Usandizaga Institute in Donostia, keeps on consolidating its position in the run-up to the derby as another way of claiming, through culture, sport and Basque, the rivalry and good atmosphere that both hobbies share. The appointment will be next Friday, April 27th, from 22:00 in Soreasu Antzokia. Iker Iriarte will propose the topics to the six bertsolaris, three for each team. This year’s edition features a new gala line-up. The Royal Society will include Andoni EgaÒa, Amets Arzallus and Maddalen Arzallus, while the Athletic Club will include Etxahun Lekue, Jone Uria and Anjel Mari Peñagarikano. The presentation of the Bertso Derbia took place this Tuesday, at 13:00, in Soreasu Antzokia of Azpeitia.
