Information on registration for the traditional reception at the Club’s headquarters on the occasion of Bilbao’s big week
On the occasion of the Aste Nagusia 2019, Athletic Club wishes to receive a representation of the Members of the Club next Thursday 22 August at 11:00 am in Ibaigane.
In order to do so, there will be a draw for 30 places among all the members who sign up through the Members’ Txoko on the website www.athletic-club.eus/en until 12:00 on Tuesday 20 August.
Requirements:
To be a member of the Athletic Club.
Not to have temporarily suspended the condition of Member.
To be of legal age.
Steps of the process:
Enter your Member code and PIN number to access the Members’ Txoko.
Click on the tab Assistance Reception Aste Nagusia.
Indicate an e-mail address and a contact telephone number.
Conditions
The draw will determine a first graced Member and twenty-nine other graced Members will be added, in the order of application.
The thirty graced Members will be contacted by the Club to confirm their attendance.
It will not be possible to transmit the right of attendance to any other person, whether a Member or not. For access it will be necessary to present the ID card or passport.
For reasons of capacity and organisation the assistance will be unaccompanied.
