In the derby against Real Sociedad there will be an information stand in San Mamés in order to solve any doubt related to the digital card app.
Athletic Club bets on the digitalization of the card and wants to help you with the use of Athleticket. In order to do so, a help stand will be set up between gates 22 and 23 of San Mamés, where 15 people will attend to those who have doubts about its use. The stand will be open from 8:00 pm, two hours before the start of the derby against the Real Sociedad. It is recommended to arrive at the information stand with enough time to be able to solve all the issues.
In this first derby of the season, we would like to not leave your seat empty. For this, access the field with the Athleticket application or give your card to a fan. We need the roar of everyone! If you have received a cession, register in advance to accept the invitation and avoid crowds. And remember that the code will be activated two hours before the match and only the app code is valid. Access will not be allowed with photographs of the code.
