Nico Serranos’s outstanding work in Estonia

Nico Serrano, the Juniors A striker, has shined with the Spain national U-17 team in the Exempt Tournament of Estonia since last Friday. In the competition, in which the teams that do not have to play in the Qualification Phase for the European Championship in 2020 have taken part, Serrano has scored three goals in as many matches played.

The red-and-white player made his debut for the national team, scoring a goal against Slovenia despite playing only the first 45 minutes. As if that weren’t enough, his double two days later was enough to defeat Portugal 2-1. Again, in the last match against Estonia, Nico Serrano played more than an hour in the 3-2 defeat that did not prevent the team from winning the champions trophy. The young striker is making a remarkable work – five goals in three rounds – in the start of the Athletic Club Juniors A in the Division of Honor.
