Victory by the skin against Deportivo Alavés and draw against the local team in the two 45-minute friendly matches.
Athletic won the triangular match in Lasesarre, after defeating Deportivo Alavés and drawing 0-0 with Barakaldo CF.
In the first match of the triangular, Athletic won Deportivo Alavés, 1-0. The team, led by Gaizka Garitano, showed a great defense avoiding any goal occasion to Deportivo Alavés during the 45 minutes.
With Vesga and Unai López as the engines of the team, and giving important role to the midfielders with a quite trenchant Larrazabal, the striker culmitante his goald at minute 28, with the assistance of Muniain and De Marcos.
