At 12:30 on Friday morning, the Lions will discover their opponents in the Copa round of 32
Athletic Club will soon find out which side they will face in the last 32 of the Copa. The match is scheduled to take place between January 3 and 5.
In a single-legged tie, Los Leones could go up against one of the eight teams from the Primera RFEF, five from the Segunda División or twelve teams from the Primera División.
Athletic will play away from home unless they are drawn against a team from the First Division, in which case whichever side is drawn first will play at home.
Los Rojiblancos will not take on FC Barcelona, Real Madrid, Real Betis or Valencia CF, as clubs taking part in this year's Spanish Super Cup will play one of the teams from the Segunda RFEF still in the competition - CD Ibiza Islas Pitiusas and CD Cacereño - or one of the other eight teams from the Primera RFEF.

Primera División: Getafe CF, Elche CF, Villarreal CF, RCD Mallorca, RCD Espanyol. Rayo Vallecano, Real Valladolid CF, CA Osasuna, Real Sociedad, Sevilla FC, RC Celta, Atlético Madrid.
