Athletic Women draw FC Barcelona in Copa semi-finals
The Lionesses will face FC Barcelona over two legs with the first match at home on March 7 and the return fixture taking place the following week on March 14
Athletic Club will face FC Barcelona in the semi-finals of the 2023/24 Copa. The tie will be played over two leg. The first match will take place at home on Thursday March 7 at 21:00 CET, while the second leg is scheduled for March 14 at the same time.
The other semi-final will be between Atlético de Madrid and Real Sociedad.
The Lionesses have faced FC Barcelona seven times in the Copa, with two wins, two draws and three defeats. The last meeting between the two teams, also in the semi-finals, ended in a penalty shoot-out victory for the Catalans in the 2017-18 season, after the match ended in a two-goal draw.
