Today evening, Athletic Club will lodge appeal to the Appeal Committee of the RFEF, so that the caution suspension to the player Carlos Gurpegui Nausia.

This appeal is based on the legal proceedings of the Competition Committee must apply according to the law. In our entity’s opinion, a break of legal rule and of the main rights has been produced. Our entity will contribute with legal doctrine and rudiments applicable to the case.

Likewise, Athletic CLub desires to inform that the player Carlos Gurpegi Nausia will appeal to the Ordinary Courts of Justice.
