Refused the caution measure

The Competition Committee of RFEF and the Spanish Committee of Sports Discipline have refused the request of modification and of suspension of the caution measure, respectively, so that the suspension of the provisional deprivation of the licence of the player Carlos Gurpegi is raised.

In both cases, the organizations have considered appropriate asking inform to the Centre of Sports Quality Performance about the inform of the University of Extremadura presented by the Athletic Club.

Athletic Club firstly expresses his disconformity with the decision of not raising the caution measure that, as a punishment in advance, is over his player Carlos Gurpegui.

Secondly, Athletic Club ratifies his intention of using up all the possible procedures so that the caution measure to the player Carlos Gurpegui is raised.

Finally, we reiterate that this institution will use all the instruments so that the process can be finished as soon as possible, to defend the interest of the player and of the club.
