About the recent decission of the Committee of Competition of RFEF, Athletic Club insists on the assessment of the Committee is, again, wrong, since the existence of determined indexes in the analysis made to Carlos Gurpegi and as many allegations and methods of test can be presented at respect, including the inform of the Extremadura University, only are relevant for the existence of the file itself and its resollution.
However, these allegations don’t have nothing to do, neither justify the caution measure adopted, which lacks of legal basis and that, we insist, supposes an anticipated punishment before deciding about the affair.
