Athletic Club in Valencia

The Athletic Club Expedition in Valencia. The expedition left Palma de Majorca at 19:00 hours on a flight that lasted 33 minutes and, it took them twice as long to get to the Silken Puerta Hotel of Valencia from the airport. They had dinner at 21:15 hours and their last training session, prior the 10th match day league match, is scheduled for tomorrow at 7:30 hours in Paterna.

President Ana Urquijo arrived at the abovementioned hotel after 23:00 hours. Her presence tonight in Valencia is the result of having received an express invitation by Valencia CF to attend the presentation of the model of their new Football Field. The event will take place on Friday, 10 November and includes a luncheon and the actual unveiling of the model will be done at 19:30 hours at the Art and Science Museum.

The President of our organisation said that she “would like to express her gratitude to Valencia CF for their kind invitation” and reiterated that she will keep an eye on ” this project as well as any Club or SAD who has a project designed to improve their infrastructure with utmost interest, despite being an initiative of a different nature, being aware of all of them will allow us to learn from them, which will help improve Athletic Club’s strategic projects like the construction of a new football field”.
