The Athletic Club expedition in A Coruña

The Athletic Club Expedition got to A Coruña just a bit before 19:00 hours after their fifty minute flight had landed at the airport, where the weather was benign. The expedition was headed by President Fernando Garcia Macua and several board members, with fans and journalists along for the ride. The expedition members went to the NH Atlántico hotel by bus and received a warm welcome from hundreds of Red-White supporters.

Players Iraola and Koikili signed autographs and posed for the camera for almost an hour before rejoining the rest of the expedition for dinner, which was scheduled at 21:00 hours. The players are in their rooms at the moment.
