Agreement: Athletic Club-Aviron Bayonnais

Athletic Club and Aviron Bayonnais F.C. signed today, 17 April 2008, a collaboration agreement which will come into effect on 1 July and will be in force for a period of three years.

The agreement was signed by the President of each entity that is to say, Fernando García Macua and Manuel Merín. The fundamental aim of the agreement is to boost Athletic Club’s presence in Iparralde, which will give the club more opportunities to observe and sign on the young talented players of the area.

Aviron Bayonnais and the rest of the clubs in the area will receive coaching assistance from Athletic Club.

Both institutions will get together for the different friendly matches to be played throughout the term of the collaboration agreement.
