Later, Coach Iñigo Juaristi indicated that the key difficulty of this match could be the field dimensions: ‘A very small field, 50×96, which has almost no room for play. The match turned in our favour with Nerea’s goal, but Arrate’s strange send-off, to say the least, caused us to modify our game. We left three in the back to not lock ourselves up and it’s true that until the interval we had some difficulties, especially in some corners’.
Nevertheless, he’s also indicated that ‘after the break we have been superior. They moved up somewhat and we took advantage of the room, besides continuing to play with two players like Erika and Irune up front. The objective of winning has been accomplished and we must fight for that third seat and arrive in the best condition possible to the Superliga final in order to dispute the Copa as best we can’.
