Athletic-Real Madrid: Ticket Sales

CLUB HALF DAY

The Board of directors has decided to designate this match as the Club Half Day; therefore making it necessary for members who wish to attend the match to acquire their corresponding seating in order to access the stadium, by previously presenting their membership card.

On the occasion of the second leg match of the UEFA Europe League Round of 32 against RSC Anderlecht, the Board of directors has decided to provide members, Harrobi and season ticket holders the possibility to subscribe to attend both matches. This subscription, besides being more economical with respect to the purchase price of each individual match ticket, will guarantee the reservation of a seat corresponding to each membership card.

The possibility also exists of acquiring individual tickets for each of these matches.

However, as of 14 January, the Club will not be able to guarantee the allocation of the usual seat due to the commitments that it must fulfil according to regulations imposed by UEFA.

Due to this directive, the Club can in no way guarantee the usual seat to some members seated in the South Preferential area, which will have an added compensation to the cost of said subscription.

This subscription will not be available for purchase through BBK multi-service ATMs.

Given that the original ticket is the only valid entrance to access San Mamés, the Club will not be held responsible for any possible loss whatsoever.

Members will be able to obtain their individual tickets, so much for the Real Madrid match as for the match against Anderlecht at any BBK multi-service tellers. The term established is from 8 January, beginning at 10:30h, until 20:00 hours on 13 January, by first introducing your membership card in the teller. This service is free for all BBK financial bankcard holders. This operation will require your individual PIN number.
