Tickets for Children

Those Members that wish to acquire tickets for their children, grandchildren or other children for the match against Granada CF, while having the opportunity to sit alongside them, will be able to request it by following this process.

Process steps:

On Wednesday, 17 September, from 00:00 to 24:00, introduce your Member code and PIN number to Access the Member’s Txoko.
Click on the link Purchase Children’s tickets.
Indicate the number of children’s tickets you would like (limit of two per card).
Indicate the Stand that you would like (South Stand Upper Tier, South Stand Lower Tier or North Stand Lower Tier).
Indicate an e-mail address in order to receive the reservation confirmation.

Tickets for children are limited, which is why the service will be available while supplies last.

Conditions
This process is only applicable to Liga matches.

Tickets for children are limited, which is why a drawing will be held to determine the winners. There will be one winner for each Stand and additional winning members will be added progressively, with regard to time of registration, while supplies last.

The price of the tickets is 15 Euros.

The following number of seats will be reserved:

– 50 in the lower rows of the North Stand Lower Tier.
– 50 in the lower rows of the South Stand Lower Tier.
– 100 in the upper rows of the South Stand Upper Tier.

Winning Members will have the children’s tickets reserved in the San Mamés Box Offices along with an additional one for the Member. They will all be consecutive and will be located in the Stand that was requested. They may be picked up within the established Box office timetable and notified on the official Club website, www.athletic-club.net.

The bar code of the Member’s card will be voided for this match and the seat will be put on sale to the general public by the Club.

There will be no economic compensation, in favour or against, in the case that the price of the Member’s seat to the public is different to that of the cost of the requested stand.

Once the term to sign up has finalized the request will be irrevocable.

The person that attends San Mamés with a child’s ticket must be under 15 years of age. If the child is 15 years or older the Club will not allow him/her access with that ticket. Club personnel could ask the holder to present the DNI or Libro de Familia to verify. Refusal to present the required documentation will result in the denial of access to the field.

In the opposite sense, the Member making the reservation must be at least 15 years of age.

Given the limit of this type of tickets, a Member will only be allowed to request this service one time per season.
