Eli Ibarra gives the One Club Woman to Malin Moström

Eli Ibarra, the player who has played more games in the history of Athletic Club, will be responsible for giving the first One Club Woman Award to the ex-footballer of Umeå IK, Malin Moström, at the half time of the derby between Athletic Club and Deportivo Alavés. The event will take place as soon as the first half is over, so attendees are asked to remain in their seats while the tribute is being held.

The legendary Gipuzkoan player debuted at Athletic Club on 6 October 2002 and played her last match in May 2017, saying goodbye to the club of her life, which she had been a fan of since childhood, along with Iraia Iturregi and Irune Murua. Altogether, the left extreme completed 15 seasons and played 413 games as a red-and-white player, scoring 111 goals and achieving the five leagues that Athletic Club exhibits in its showcases.

It is an honour and pride for Athletic Club that two footballers of the stature of Eli Ibarra and Malin Moström meet in the centre of San Mamés on the occasion of the One Club Woman Award.
