Lucía García, to the World Cup

The Athletic Club striker Lucía García is one of the 23 players called-up by the Spanish national team to compete in the 2019 World Cup in France, which will take place between the 7th of June and the 7th of July. The 13 goals scored in 22 league matchdays have served the player from Barakaldo to gain a place in the final call. Damaris Egurrola and Eunate Arraiza, who played last week’s friendly against Cameroon, will return to Lezama to finish the season with the red and white team.
