David Rincón will lead the Psychology Area of Lezama
He has worked in this role at Real Valladolid for thirteen seasons.
The Athletic Club has chosen David Rincón Izcaria to lead the Lezama Psychology Area, an important pillar in the youth academy project. He has been the head of the Sports Psychology and Training department of Real Valladolid for thirteen seasons, since 2006-07. Rincón joined the programme after finishing his degree at the Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca.
Born in Valladolid 35 years ago, he also has a master’s degree in Psychology of Physical Activity and Sport, and another in Behavior Modification and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. He is also an expert in Sports Coaching from the Camilo José Cela University.
David Rincón will work together with Raúl Loroño, Iñaki Azkarraga and Iñaki Alonso in the attention to players.
