On 1 September 2017, the doors were opened to the public of what is already the third most visited museum in Bizkaia.
Athletic Club Museoa is on his birthday. It is two years after the opening of doors for the general public – the official opening was held the day before – of one of the great projects of the club so far in the century.
The red-white facilities, which have already passed more than 189,000 people, have become one of the places to visit in Bilbao for tourism, as evidenced by the fact that 60% of visitors are from outside the state.*
The visit to the museum is the perfect complement to the Tour of San Mamés, something endorsed by the data that 94% of the people who visit the museum also take the guided tour of the stadium.
The rating of users in aspects of design, tour, content, audiovisual, interactive or Tour of San Mamés, does not go down in any case 9.5 out of 10, which further encourages the club to promote the project that goes through the history of Athletic.
